THE LIFE I BUILT
HAD TO FALL APART

I did not create The Remembrance Path™ because I had mastered life.

I created it because life dismantled me.

There was a time when I knew who I was by what I could build,

create, lead, organize, hold together, and make happen.

I knew how to work.

I knew how to serve.

I knew how to care for others.

I knew how to keep moving.

For eleven years, I ran a foundation.

Later, I built a wedding and event planning and rental business—a world rooted in beauty, creativity, celebration, transformation, and bringing visions to life.

I was a creator long before I ever called myself a spiritual teacher.

I knew how to take an idea and make it real.

I knew how to create meaningful experiences.

I knew how to hold many moving pieces at once.

I knew how to build something from almost nothing.

And then COVID came.

The business I had built was devastated.

I lost it.

What happened was not simply a career change.

It was not a gentle redirection.

It was catastrophic.

It was a Tower moment.

The life I had known, the identity I had built, and the structures

that had kept me moving forward began to collapse.

At the time, I thought I had lost a business.

I did not yet understand that I was standing at the entrance to an entirely different life.

Because when the outside world became quiet, everything inside me that I had been able to outrun, manage, minimize, survive, or postpone began asking to be seen.

Trauma.

Generational patterns.

Family wounds.

Relationship pain.

Betrayal.

Grief.

Old identities.

Inherited roles.

The ways I had learned to survive.

The truths I had not yet fully allowed myself to know.

The loss of my business did not create those wounds.

It removed the structures that had allowed me not to fully face them.

And once the Tower fell, I could no longer rebuild

the same life in the same way.

I had to go inward.

That journey would eventually become The Remembrance Path™.

Long before The Remembrance Path™, there was simply me.

A little girl with a wide smile and a doll held close.

A young woman building a family.

A mother.

A wife.

A woman learning, working, leading, creating, and finding her way through life long

before she understood where any of it was ultimately leading.

BEFORE THE PATH,
THERE WAS AN UNRAVELING

There are moments when healing is something we choose.

And there are moments when life leaves us nowhere else to go.

The loss of my business became the beginning of a much deeper unraveling.

Without the work, momentum, responsibility, and external identity that had carried so much of my life, I began to encounter what lived underneath.

I began looking more honestly at my childhood.

My family system.

My relationships.

The patterns that repeated across generations.

The pain I had normalized.

The roles I had learned to play.

The parts of myself I had silenced to maintain connection.

The ways loyalty can become self-abandonment.

The ways survival can look like strength from the outside.

The ways a woman can become so capable of holding everyone and everything around her that she no longer knows how to hear herself.

I began asking questions that changed the direction of my life.

Why do certain patterns keep repeating?

What is truly mine, and what have I inherited?

Why do some emotions feel older than the moment that awakens them?

What does the body remember that the conscious mind has learned to forget?

What happens when the person we became to survive is no longer

the person our soul is asking us to be?

How much of who we believe we are was shaped by family, trauma, relationships, expectation, conditioning, and the roles we were given?

And perhaps the question beneath all the others:

Who am I underneath everything I learned I had to become?

I did not know it then, but these questions would become the foundation of my work.

I HAD SPENT YEARS BUILDING A LIFE
Now I Had to Meet the Woman Beneath it

For much of my life, I knew how to do.

How to work.

How to lead.

How to create.

How to take responsibility.

How to care for others.

How to keep going.

How to survive what needed to be survived and move forward.

But the collapse asked something completely different of me.

It asked me to stop.

To feel.

To grieve.

To question.

To listen.

To face what I had survived without continuing to minimize it.

To look honestly at my relationships.

To look at family patterns I had once accepted as simply the way things were.

To confront betrayal and the ways it can fracture trust—not only in another person, but in yourself, your perceptions, your body, your memories, and your sense of reality.

To recognize the difference between love and self-abandonment.

Between compassion and over-responsibility.

Between forgiveness and bypassing.

Between loyalty and inherited obligation.

Between fear and intuition.

Between keeping the peace and betraying my own truth.

This was not a graceful spiritual awakening.

It was not one beautiful moment of enlightenment.

It was an unraveling.

A confrontation.

A death of identity.

And eventually—

a remembering.

THE PATH TOOK ME THROUGH
WHAT I HAD BEEN CARRYING

My healing journey did not remain contained within one event.

The loss of my business opened the gate.

What followed became the path.

Layer by layer, I began meeting the experiences that had shaped me.

Personal trauma.

Generational trauma.

Family patterns.

Relationship wounds.

Betrayal.

Grief.

Estrangement.

Loss.

The death of my father.

The unfinished and complicated places that death can expose.

The pain of realizing that some relationships may never

become what we once hoped they could be.

The recognition that love does not always guarantee reconciliation.

The truth that sometimes healing does not return us to the people or lives we had before.

Sometimes healing teaches us how to stop abandoning ourselves while

grieving what never became possible.

I began seeing the ways that unresolved pain moves through families.

How silence becomes inheritance.

How roles are passed down.

How one person becomes the peacekeeper.

Another becomes the outsider.

Another carries the anger.

Another carries the grief.

Another becomes responsible for holding the entire family system together.

I began to understand that we can spend years believing something

is simply our personality when it may also be adaptation.

Protection.

Conditioning.

Inherited fear.

A role learned so early that we mistake it for identity.

My healing became a process of following threads.

One experience would lead to another.

A present-day reaction would open an older wound.

A relationship pattern would reveal a family pattern.

A body sensation would hold an emotion I had not yet given language to.

A dream would reveal something my conscious mind was not ready to see.

A loss would open grief that belonged to more than one moment.

A question would lead me further back.

And beneath all of it, I began to sense something.

There was more to healing than fixing what was wrong.

There was something waiting underneath the wounds.

Something underneath the roles.

Something underneath the identities I had outgrown.

Something underneath the stories I had been told about who I was.

There was someone to remember.

THE SPIRITUAL WORLD HAD ALWAYS
BEEN PART OF MY LIFE

Long before I had language for intuition, mediumship, channeling, energy, ancestral patterns, soul identity, or remembrance, I experienced the world beyond what could be physically seen.

I have been spiritually and psychically sensitive since childhood.

I received through dreams.

I sensed what was unspoken.

I knew things without always understanding how I knew them.

I experienced guidance through images, feelings, inner hearing, deep knowing,

symbols, synchronicities, and the dream state.

The unseen world did not feel entirely separate from me.

Neither did those who had died.

But for many years, I did not have a framework for understanding everything I experienced.

Like many sensitive people, I had to learn the difference between

being open and being grounded.

Between intuition and fear.

Between spiritual awareness and the effects of trauma.

Between receiving and projecting.

Between what belonged to me and what I might be sensing around me.

As my healing deepened, my spiritual gifts deepened too.

During meditation and energy-healing sessions, I found that I could

naturally enter deeply receptive states of awareness.

I would hear.

See.

Feel.

Know.

Receive.

Information would arrive through words, images, sensations, symbols,

memories, emotional impressions, and sudden understanding.

I began communicating more consciously with departed loved ones and experiencing guidance from the spiritual beings I understood as archangels, ascended masters, and other

forms of higher spiritual intelligence.

Dreams became one of my greatest classrooms.

Music became a messenger.

Numbers became markers.

Symbols became language.

The body became an oracle.

But the deeper I travelled, the more I understood that

spiritual gifts alone were not the destination.

The real work was learning how to live inside a human life while carrying them.

With discernment.

With humility.

With boundaries.

With ethics.

With embodiment.

The path continually brought me back to the same places:

The body.
The truth.
The lineage.
The soul.

I WENT LOOKING FOR HEALING
AND FOUND A MUCH LARGER PATH

As my life changed, I began studying.

Not because I wanted to collect certificates.

I was searching.

I wanted to understand what I was experiencing.

I wanted to understand energy.

Trauma.

The body.

The mind.

Spiritual gifts.

The unconscious.

Healing.

The patterns moving beneath human behaviour.

I studied Reiki and became a Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master Teacher.

I studied energy healing, the chakra and aura systems, crystal healing, herbalism, trauma-informed holistic coaching, mind-body practices, inner child work, sound therapy, mindfulness, psychic development, mediumship, dream interpretation, and spiritual healing.

I trained.

I practised.

I experienced.

I taught.

And slowly, what began as a personal search became service.

I founded Deeply Rooted Journey Spiritual Academy™ and began creating

spiritual and practitioner education.

I taught students in 82 countries around the world.

I created courses.

Manuals.

Healing systems.

Practitioner pathways.

Books.

Meditations.

Resources.

Teachings.

I began helping others understand the very worlds I had spent years

trying to understand within myself.

But even as that work grew, I could feel something else emerging.

Something deeper.

I was no longer being called only to teach individual modalities.

I wanted to understand the architecture beneath the modality.

The pattern beneath the symptom.

The identity beneath the conditioning.

The lineage beneath the wound.

The soul beneath the story.

The remembrance beneath the healing.

Something was asking to come through that did not yet have a name.

INDIA DEEPENED THE INITIATION

In 2024, I travelled to Rishikesh, India.

I went for training.

But some journeys are not simply education.

They become initiation.

My time in India deepened my relationship with spiritual practice, the body, devotion, discipline, and the many ways humanity has sought relationship with the sacred.

I immersed myself in Kundalini Yoga teacher training, Ayurveda, pranayama, kirtan, Sanskrit chanting, meditation, and daily spiritual practice.

India expanded me.

But it also confronted me.

It brought me more deeply into relationship with my own body.

My limitations.

My patterns.

My questions.

The difference between gathering spiritual knowledge and actually allowing life to change you.

I began to understand even more clearly that remembrance does not

happen by escaping the human experience.

It happens by entering it.

Fully.

The sacred was not asking me to leave myself behind.

It was asking me to come home.

Into my body.

Into my voice.

Into my truth.

Into my life.

THE PATH KEPT ASKING ME TO GO DEEPER

For years, I had been learning about healing.

But eventually I began to understand that healing alone was not the full

language of what I was experiencing.

Some things were being released.

But other things were being reclaimed.

Some patterns were ending.

But forgotten parts of me were returning.

Some identities were falling away.

But something more authentic was emerging underneath them.

I was not simply trying to become a healed version of the woman I had been

before everything fell apart.

I was becoming someone I had never fully been allowed to be.

And at the same time, I was remembering someone who had always been there.

That paradox became central to my work.

We are becoming.

And we are remembering.

We are creating.

And we are uncovering.

We are moving forward.

And we are following threads backwards.

Healing began to feel less like fixing myself and more like removing what had obscured me.

Conditioning.

Fear.

Inherited roles.

Survival patterns.

Old loyalties.

The expectations of others.

The stories I had carried about who I needed to be.

And beneath them:

Voice.

Truth.

Intuition.

Sacred identity.

Choice.

Sovereignty.

Remembrance.

THE BIRTH OF THE REMEMBRANCE PATH™

There came a point when I could no longer fit the fullness of my work

inside the identity I had previously created.

Something had changed.

I had changed.

The teachings were changing.

The questions were becoming deeper.

The work was becoming more integrated.

I realized that I was not here simply to create another course platform or spiritual business.

I was here to hold a path.

A living space of remembrance.

A place where the many parts of human healing did not have to be separated from one another.

Where we could speak about trauma and spirituality.

The nervous system and intuition.

The body and the soul.

Family systems and ancestral patterns.

Grief and initiation.

The unconscious and the symbolic.

Mediumship and discernment.

Shadow and sacred identity.

The human story and the deeper threads moving beneath it.

A place for the person who has already done healing work but senses another layer.

For the one who keeps recognizing patterns that feel older than the present moment.

For the sensitive soul.

The seeker.

The cycle-breaker.

The healer.

The intuitive.

The one who has spent a lifetime feeling different.

The one standing between the life they inherited and the life

they are being asked to consciously choose.

The one who has spent years trying to become someone —

only to begin wondering whether the deeper journey is about remembering

who they have always been.

This is how The Remembrance Path™ emerged.

Not as a rejection of everything I had created before it.

As its sacred evolution.

Everything I had lived.

Everything I had lost.

Everything I had studied.

Everything I had taught.

Everything I had questioned.

Everything I had survived.

Everything I had remembered.

It had all been leading here.

THE REMEMBRANCE PATH™
WAS BORN FROM MY LIVED EXPERIENCES

This work was not created in theory.

It grew from questions that became unavoidable in my own life.

What happens when the life we built collapses?

Who are we when the roles that defined us disappear?

How do we know which patterns are personal and which may have deeper roots?

How do families pass pain, silence, fear, loyalty, grief, and identity

from one generation to the next?

How do we honour where we came from without continuing everything we inherited?

What happens when the person who survived is not the same person

who is meant to lead the next chapter?

Can the body hold memories the mind has never fully understood?

Can dreams reveal patterns the waking mind cannot yet see?

Can healing be both psychological and spiritual without abandoning discernment?

Can we reclaim spiritual identity without giving our authority away?

Can we remember without romanticizing the past?

Can we become the person our lineage has never seen before?

I did not simply sit down one day and invent answers to those questions.

I lived inside them.

And from that living came the bodies of work that now belong within The Remembrance Path™.

THE REMEMBRANCE PATH™
IS BOTH A PERSONAL JOURNEY
& A PROFESSIONAL PATHWAY

The Remembrance Path™ was created for more than one kind of seeker.

For some, it is deeply personal.

A place to heal.

To explore.

To remember.

To understand recurring patterns.

To meet the body more honestly.

To explore ancestry, identity, intuition, relationships, grief, spiritual gifts,

and the deeper threads moving beneath their lives.

There is no requirement to become a practitioner.

Personal transformation is enough.

But for others, something changes as they walk.

They begin to recognize that their own healing has awakened a deeper calling.

They want to help others.

They want to learn how to hold space responsibly.

They want frameworks.

Language.

Ethics.

Boundaries.

Tools.

Discernment.

Training.

They want to understand not only their own experience, but how to support another person without taking authority over that person’s life.

For these students, The Remembrance Path™ becomes a professional pathway.

They may move from personal exploration into practitioner training.

From practitioner training into advanced practice.

From advanced practice into certification.

And for those called to carry the teachings further, into Master Teacher training.

This matters deeply to me because I believe transformation multiplies

when people are taught how to carry it responsibly.

One practitioner may support hundreds of people.

One Master Teacher may train generations of future practitioners.

The work begins with the individual.

But it does not have to remain there.

A person may come to heal.

Stay to remember.

Train to serve.

And eventually become someone who helps others find their own way home.

MORE THAN ONE WAY TO WALK THE PATH

The Remembrance Path™ is not only a personal healing journey.

It is also a professional pathway for those called to guide, facilitate, teach,

and carry the work forward.

There are many doorways into this work.

Some people come because they are seeking personal healing.

Some come because they are trying to understand their own patterns, gifts, lineage,

intuition, body, or spiritual experiences.

Some come because they feel called to support others.

Some come because they know they are here to teach.

Not everyone will walk the entire path.

They are not meant to.

Some will come for one meditation.

Some for one course.

Some for personal healing.

Some for certification.

Some will become practitioners.

Some will become teachers.

Some will one day teach work I created to people I will never meet.

The Remembrance Path™ honours the full continuum.

Heal.

Remember.

Embody.

Practise.

Serve.

Teach.

Carry the wisdom forward.

PERSONAL PATH

For those called to heal, remember, and return to themselves

The Personal Path is for those who are beginning with themselves.

It is for the person who wants to understand their own patterns.

Their body.

Their emotions.

Their intuition.

Their family system.

Their ancestral threads.

Their grief.

Their relationship wounds.

Their spiritual gifts.

Their sacred identity.

This path is not about becoming a practitioner.

It is about becoming more deeply present with yourself.

It is about remembering your voice.

Your truth.

Your body.

Your inner authority.

Your belonging to your own life.

For some, this is where the journey begins and ends.

And that is enough.

Personal transformation is sacred work.

PRACTITIONER PATH

For those called to guide and support others

The Practitioner Path is for those who feel called to carry their healing into service.

These are the students who begin to recognize that what they are learning

is not only for themselves.

They feel called to sit with others.

To listen.

To guide.

To facilitate.

To support.

To hold sacred space with integrity.

The Practitioner Path offers frameworks, language, ethics, boundaries, tools,

discernment, documentation, and training.

It is not about becoming the authority over another person’s soul.

It is about learning how to support another human being responsibly.

To help them notice.

Question.

Follow the thread.

Honour the body.

Recognize the pattern.

And return to their own inner authority.

Practitioner work is not performance.

It is stewardship.

It is presence.

It is responsibility.

It is service.

MASTER TEACHER PATH

For those called to teach, initiate, mentor, and carry the work forward

The Master Teacher Path is for those who feel called to carry the teachings beyond personal practice and practitioner service.

These are the ones who feel called to teach.

To mentor.

To initiate.

To train future practitioners.

To uphold standards.

To steward the body of work with integrity.

A Master Teacher is not simply someone who knows more information.

A Master Teacher is someone willing to carry responsibility.

To honour the teachings.

To protect the integrity of the work.

To guide students ethically.

To understand that certification is not the same as mastery.

And to remember that mastery is not status.

It is stewardship.

It is embodiment.

It is humility.

It is service.

The Master Teacher Path exists so that the work of The Remembrance Path™ can continue moving through the world in the hands of those who carry it with care.

A LIVING EDUCATIONAL LINEAGE

I did not create only healing pathways for people.

I created a living educational lineage where people may first walk the path personally, then learn to guide others, and ultimately become Master Teachers entrusted to carry the work forward.

I do not want the work of The Remembrance Path™ to depend on me alone.

That has never been the larger vision.

The Remembrance Path™ is becoming a living body of teachings, practitioner pathways, certification programs, and Master Teacher lineages designed to continue moving through

the world in the hands of people who carry them with integrity.

My role is not only to create courses.

It is to build pathways.

To develop systems that can be learned, practised, embodied, and ethically shared.

To train practitioners who understand the difference between guidance and authority.

To train teachers who understand that certification is not the same as mastery.

To establish standards that honour both spiritual depth and professional responsibility.

To help people move from personal healing into embodied understanding.

From embodied understanding into practitioner training.

From practitioner training into professional service.

From professional service into advanced mastery.

And from advanced mastery into Master Teacher stewardship.

That possibility is profoundly meaningful to me.

Because the deepest legacy of a teacher is not how many people remain dependent upon them.

It is how many people become capable of standing in their own wisdom, serving others ethically, and carrying meaningful work forward.

THE LIVING BODY OF WORK

The Remembrance Path™ is now home to the teachings and pathways that have emerged through my lived experience, professional training, spiritual practice, intuitive work, writing, teaching, dreams, symbolism, and continued exploration.

These include:

Soul Line Mapping™, The Ancestral Root Walker™, The Triune Healing System™,

The 12 Temple Priestess Lineage™, Priestess Code Reiki™, Sacred Exit™ / Sacred Rebuild™, and other teachings that continue to emerge through the path.

Different doorways.

Different stages of the journey.

One living ecosystem of healing, remembrance, embodiment, practitioner service,

and sacred teaching.

This work was not created as one isolated offering.

It is a body of work.

A temple of teachings.

A living framework.

A remembrance path.

MY WORK IS NOT ABOUT
TELLING YOU WHO YOU ARE

This matters deeply to me.

I do not believe a healer, psychic, teacher, astrologer, practitioner, medium, coach, or spiritual guide should become the authority over another person’s soul.

I am not here to tell you who you are.

I am not here to convince you that my interpretation is the only truth.

I am not here to make you dependent on me for answers.

I am here to help you listen more deeply.

To notice.

To question.

To follow the thread.

To explore the symbol.

To recognize the pattern.

To honour the body.

To hear your own voice beneath the noise.

To bring consciousness to what may have been operating unconsciously.

To remember that your history shaped you —

but it does not have to become the final definition of who you are.

My work is not about replacing your inner authority.

It is about helping you return to it.

I BELIEVE HEALING HAS A PACE

My life has changed the way I understand healing.

I do not believe people should be rushed toward forgiveness.

I do not believe every wound needs to become a lesson immediately.

I do not believe grief needs to be spiritually explained before it has been felt.

I do not believe the body should be forced to release before it feels safe enough to soften.

I do not believe everything difficult happens because we “manifested” it.

And I do not believe spirituality should be used to silence anger, bypass pain, excuse harm, or make people feel responsible for everything that has happened to them.

Sometimes healing is forgiveness.

Sometimes it is a boundary.

Sometimes it is grief.

Sometimes it is leaving.

Sometimes it is staying and choosing differently.

Sometimes it is speaking.

Sometimes it is silence.

Sometimes it is understanding.

Sometimes it is accepting that we may never fully understand.

Sometimes the most spiritual thing we can do is tell the truth.

Sometimes the most courageous thing we can do is stop abandoning ourselves.

And sometimes healing happens at the speed of safety.

I AM STILL WALKING THE PATH

I do not teach from a mountaintop.

I teach from the path.

I am still human.

Still learning.

Still grieving.

Still changing.

Still meeting new layers of myself.

Still discovering patterns.

Still listening to my dreams.

Still deepening my relationship with my body.

Still learning what it means to live what I teach rather than simply speak it.

I do not believe mastery means becoming finished.

To me, mastery is stewardship.

Responsibility.

Discernment.

Integrity.

Humility.

Embodiment.

The willingness to keep meeting ourselves honestly.

The willingness to honour what we know while remaining open to what we do not.

The willingness to allow our work to evolve when our soul can no longer

remain inside an old version of itself.

The Remembrance Path™ continues to evolve because I continue to evolve.

It is not a monument to the woman I have been.

It is a living expression of the woman I am becoming —

and the woman I continue to remember.

WHY I AM HERE NOW

I believe there are people who come into this life unusually sensitive

to what has been left unresolved.

They feel what is unspoken.

They notice patterns.

They question inherited beliefs.

They recognize what others have learned not to see.

They may become the truth-tellers.

The outsiders.

The seekers.

The healers.

The peacekeepers.

The ones who carry too much.

The ones who finally say:

This ends here.

Some come to The Remembrance Path™ because they need healing.

Some because they are remembering who they are.

Some because they are discovering spiritual gifts they do not yet understand.

Some because an old identity has fallen away.

Some because they know they are meant to help others but do not yet know how.

And some arrive already knowing:

I am here to become a practitioner.

I am here to teach.

I am here to carry something forward.

My work is for all of them.

For the person beginning with themselves.

For the healer becoming more embodied.

For the intuitive learning discernment.

For the practitioner seeking depth.

For the teacher learning stewardship.

For the one standing at the beginning of a personal healing journey.

And for the one who may one day guide hundreds of others through their own.

The Remembrance Path™ honours the full continuum.

Heal.

Remember.

Embody.

Practise.

Serve.

Teach.

Carry the wisdom forward.

WELCOME TO THE REMEMBRANCE PATH™

Perhaps you arrived here because something within you is changing.

Perhaps a relationship, a loss, an awakening, a dream, a family pattern, an illness, a betrayal,

or an ending has opened a door you can no longer close.

Perhaps you have spent years trying to heal yourself and sense

that there is another layer beneath the wound.

Perhaps you are beginning to recognize that not everything you carry began with you.

Perhaps you are discovering that the person you became to survive

is not the entirety of who you are.

Perhaps you have spent a lifetime creating yourself around the needs, expectations,

wounds, and perceptions of others —

and you are finally ready to meet yourself.

Or perhaps you cannot explain it.

You simply feel something calling you back.

Back to your body.

Back to your voice.

Back to your truth.

Back to the wisdom beneath the conditioning.

Back to the parts of yourself that were silenced, buried, abandoned, forgotten, or left behind.

Whether you have come to heal,

to understand,

to remember,

to become a practitioner,

or one day to teach and carry the work forward —

there is a doorway here for you.

You do not need to have all the language yet.

You do not need to know exactly where the path is leading.

You do not need to heal everything before you are allowed to begin.

You may not be starting over at all.

You may be remembering.

Welcome home to The Remembrance Path™.

Awaken. Remember. Rise.
